All the meats undergo systematic product, sanitary and laboratory checks in conformity with the HACCP system to ensure the integrity and salubrity of the product. Highly automated modern machines are used for meat processing. 4 lines for the packaging of portioned products in a modified atmosphere are installed in the departments.
