NON-FOOD PRODUCTS

INALCA JBS Spa produces a wide range of non-food products designed specifically for the pet food industry and for the production of energy from renewable sources. In the former case it produces offal and offal-based semi-processed products with a standard protein and nutrient content, for industrial use in the production of dry and /or wet food for dogs and cats. The production is achieved in compliance with the 1774/2002/EC regulation concerning animal by-products. In accordance with this regulation, the production is derived from materials originally fit for human consumption. In the latter case the products comprise processing waste which is used to produce electricity in biogas plants.
