Vacuum packing of the anatomical cuts is the last link in a highly automated and modern production chain with “traceability” of the slaughtered animals.

 

Processing of the quarters is carried out on robotised lines with self-propelled trailers (Inalca patented). The system realized in this way allows fundamental requirements to be met, such as the complete traceability of the anatomical cuts and the possibility of using a completely suspended system, thus avoiding taking up space on the floor and allowing perfect and easy sanification of the premises.

 

The lines terminate with two vacuum packing systems: modern machines for the vacuum packing of the anatomical cuts which guarantee maximum vacuum efficacy using shrink wrap and self-sealing bags.

 

The efficacy of the systems together with the high quality of the materials used guarantee maximum performance in terms of product shelf life, preserving the freshness and organoleptic conditions of the product.
