Commercial code of conduct
The Commercial Code of Conduct was adopted in order to provide a systematic framework of rules and procedures for Anti-Corruption purposes, which the Inalca group has designed and implemented over time. With a resolution of 19 May 2014, the Inalca Board of Directors entasked the company to adopt a Commercial Code of Conduct addressing the need to ensure compliance in connection with, amongst other issues, the fight against corruption.
The adoption and implementation of the Commercial Code of Conduct is compulsory both for Inalca and all its subsidiary companies.
Also, Inalca will exercise its influence to ensure that the companies and organisations in which it has a non-controlling stake meet the standards set forth in the aforesaid Ethical Code, by adopting and maintaining a suitable system of internal controls in line with the requirements laid down by Anti-Corruption legislation.
