INALCA Spa produces a wide range of adult bovine meat and beef mainly intended for the retail and large-scale distribution market. All meat undergoes systematic HACCP-compliant product, health and laboratory controls, in order to ensure that products are wholesome and safe.

Sophisticated and highly automated machinery is (are) used for meat processing. Four modified-atmosphere packaging lines for portioned products are installed in the departments.
